A New York real estate investment firm acquired a Midtown Manhattan corner parcel, along with the air rights to cantilever over the neighboring properties, with plans for a 376 foot, 34 story residential tower. All that existed was an elevation with a schedule of floor to floor heights.
Development capital, however, is not won on information. Banks need to see a project that is serious and resolved before they will underwrite it, and investors want to be inspired by the projects they commit to, so the imagery had to do far more than describe a building. It had to make an appeal to emotion.
Taking reference from recent Manhattan residences in the classical revival style, such 255 E 77th design by Ramsa, I designed a residential tower for KPC which met their technical requirements and helped them win the capital investments necessary to move their project forward.

Rooftop 360 Experience
The vertical length of the tower is punctuacted by mid and high rise terraces, culminating in a grand roof top terrace with expansive views across Manhattan. To capture these moments, Marc Fagan, Tangram's in-house photographer and drone operator captured amazing photos on location.
With my photoediting and 3D visualization I not only produced renderings of the terraces, but also created a 360 experience showcasing the panoramic views elevated above the New York City skyline.
