Produced for HLW, this animation showcases the design for Morgan Stanley's employee amenity floor at 1 New York Plaza, at the southern tip of Manhattan. The third-floor program spans pantries, private meeting rooms, multi-purpose and large presentation spaces, an employee spa and yoga room, and an on-site health clinic.
The animation was commissioned as part of Morgan Stanley's broader capital improvement initiative across its Manhattan portfolio, with a dual mandate: depict the final built condition with a high degree of accuracy while presenting the spaces in an inspirational light to win support from leadership and employees.
I produced every aspect of the animation single-handedly, from modeling and rendering through full project management and client coordination.
Commissioned by Auger Building Company to help win the design of Big Sky Farm, a private estate spanning 85 acres along the Bellamy River in Dover, New Hampshire, this animation brings the full vision of the property to life.
The proposed design encompasses the main house with pool terrace, a horse farm, apple orchard, party barn housing a classic car collection, renovated stable, and a boathouse retreat with private dock and river access — all set within sweeping fields, ponds, and forests.
Produced as a true team effort, the project combined 3D animation with on-site and drone cinematography to capture the scale and character of the grounds. The result is a seamless blend of real footage and rendered design, giving the owner a vivid preview of the estate's future.
In a competitive Boston office market, Oxford Properties needed to lease space at 225 Franklin on the strength of amenities that didn't yet exist. This animation solved that problem — depicting the proposed tenant amenity floor, from its lounge and bar event space and conference center to an interior rain garden and terrace overlooking Post Office Square, in vivid, inviting detail. The result gave prospective tenants a compelling preview of the building's future and armed Oxford's team to close lucrative leasing deals.
A note on positioning: this project is a great one to feature prominently, because it demonstrates the business value of your work — animation as a revenue tool, not just a pretty deliverable. Option 3 makes that case most explicitly, which aligns well with the operations-and-outcomes story the rest of your site is telling. If you know whether the leasing effort succeeded (spaces filled, notable tenants signed), even one sentence of outcome would make this the strongest blurb in your portfolio.
Created for Gensler, this fly-through animation showcases their design for Davidson Kempner's offices at 9 West 57th Street — one of Manhattan's most coveted addresses, with sweeping views over Central Park.
The animation and accompanying renderings served a dual purpose: helping Gensler win design approval from Davidson Kempner, then giving DK a polished vehicle to unveil the new space to leadership and employees worldwide.
I led project management and client coordination throughout, producing the animation in full with support from my team, and working through an iterative design process with Gensler until final approval was secured. A property and clientele of this caliber demanded sophistication at every frame — and the finished piece delivered it.
